Everything you need to know about getting Nudae to your door — and what happens if something isn’t right.

Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery taking a further 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates are as follows — North Island $7.00 NZD, South Island $10.00 NZD, and rural delivery nationwide $14.00 NZD. Free shipping on all orders over $85 NZD.

Returns

We want you to love Nudae. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@nudae.co.nz within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

Due to the nature of skincare, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
