We want you to love Nudae. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@nudae.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Opened or used items
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
